1. What methods of payment can be used?

When visiting www.cafesoquendo.com’s online shop the following three methods of payment may be used: credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

2. How do I enter the online shop?

The products are available at the Online Shop tab on the website’s home page. Once you have located the article that you wish to purchase, click on the item’s Buy button and it will be automatically added to your basket.

3. Do I have to be registered to be able to make a purchase?

Items may be chosen and added to your basket without having previously registered. However, in order to finalise the purchase, the user is required to fill in certain information to complete the order.
If the user is already registered in the system, once the basic access data have been entered the rest of the required information is entered automatically. A user who is not already registered should register at this point, entering the required details manually so that on future occasions these can be loaded automatically.

4. How do I buy a product?

The products are displayed at the Online Shop tab on the home page of www.cafesoquendo.com. Once the desired product has been located, the user should click on the Buy button and the article will be added automatically to the basket. Each time that the user repeats this action an article is added to the basket. If you wish to modify or remove an item, you should go to the Modify Basket link.
If you are satisfied with your purchases, you should click on the Go to Checkout button and at this point the user should fill in the required information if not previously registered. If the user is already registered with www.cafesoquendo.com, this information will be loaded automatically on entering the basic access data.

5. Does the price of the products include delivery costs?

The prices of the products at our online shop do not include delivery costs (6.22 €,  VAT excluded, for orders delivered in Spain). Once the required information has been entered and before completing the purchase, the user can check the delivery charges for a given address.

6. Is VAT included in the price of the products?

The prices of the products at our online shop do not include VAT. At the Modify Basket link the user can check the price of the product including VAT before completing the purchase.

7. How do I check the number of products I have added to my basket?

By going to the Modify Basket link the user can check the number of products added to the basket as well as the price and the amount of VAT that is applicable.

8. How can I modify the products in my shopping basket?

To modify a purchase the user should go to the Modify Basket link. This takes the user to page where all the products chosen so far are shown: here the user can increase or reduce the number of each product or remove all the products (Empty Basket).

9. Can my order be sent to a different address?

Yes. If the user wishes to send the order to a different address, the box Check this box if delivery address is different should be checked. Another form will appear where the relevant information should be included. The best time for delivery may also be chosen at this point.

10. What should I do if the articles I receive are defective and I wish to return them?

If the products received are defective the user should contact Cafes Oquendo by phone at our customer service number 902 216 226 or by email to disfruta@cafesoquendo.com.

11. What should I do if my order does not arrive?

If an order does not arrive, the user should contact Cafes Oquendo by phone at our customer service number 902 216 226 or by email to disfruta@cafesoquendo.com.

12. I do not receive an email confirming my order. What should I do?

If you do not receive an email confirming your order, you should contact Cafes Oquendo by phone at our customer service number 902 216 226 or by email to disfruta@cafesoquendo.com so that the order can be confirmed.

13. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Goods are delivered within 3-5 working days.

14. What should I do if I have been charged a different price from that shown on the website?

If you have been charged a different price from that shown on the website, you should contact Cafes Oquendo by phone at our customer service number 902 216 226 or by email to disfruta@cafesoquendo.com.

15. Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order. The user may add any number of products to his/her basket.
